The building accommodates the reception area, the meeting hall, the dining hall, and the commercial kitchen on the ground floor. The sleeping quarters are on the 2 top floors. There are 4 Wings (Hallways) A through D.

Wings A & B: 4 bunk beds per room, with 12 rooms in total. 48 bunk beds accommodate 96 guests. Each Wing has adequate communal toilet and shower stalls.
Wings C & D: 33 single beds in 16 motel style rooms. Each room is quite spacious with its own private bathtub and a closet for clothes.
The Gymnasium and misc. other buildings: A large, prefabricated steel building intended to be a gymnasium was erected by the Church community members in 2019. There are 2 single family houses on the property in need of a fair amount of TLC. The Survey shows former locations of a pool and a bath house; both of which have been demolished.
