Description: Description of complaint: 1. renter living there said code enforcement officer had been there and everything was alright!!! how can that be, when there is a permenant building in back of the house, next to property lines, with electricity and possibly water. 2) not sure reason the code enforcement officer is going through the renter, when the owner is as follows: bobby shelton 26629 sea hero circle wesley chapel fl 33544 3) now, the renter is building something else in the back yard, as of saturday, april 11, 2015.
