Because The Falls at Whitetail Ranch is an active venue, Showings will only be allowed on Thursdays, 9:00 am - 8:00pm. Showings will be by appointment only, we will not overlap showings. Because The Falls is a unique property, the owner(s) will be on site, and will accompany all showings. Following the owner guided tour, the buyer and their agent can walk the property on their own, the owner will be available for questions afterward. The owner will have a cart to transport the buyer's agents and their client(s) around the property, the cart will not be available for use without the owner.
The only items included in the sale of The Falls are the scaffolding, and the Lifetime event tables and chairs that are in the detached garage. No vehicles or equipment will be included in the sale.
