A host of amenities are included in your rental such as: central air conditioning, high speed business grade WiFi, printer/copier, receptionist, complimentary conference room time, and comfortable seating in an orderly, focus-friendly environment. Also available at no additional charge is a stocked break room with hot and cold beverages, light snacks and magazines for your enjoyment. You are welcome to utilize our onsite notary and our professional address for mail handling services as well!
Four individual office units are available also as described in the unit listings.
Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am ~ 5:00pm -- requests for additional or alternate hours will be considered on a case by case basis.

- Documents that are placed in a Tier-1 Due Diligence vault require the execution of a Confidentiality Agreement (“CA”) for access. Documents and folders placed in the Tier-2 vault are intended to have an added layer of security and require the execution of a CA in addition to required Broker approval for access.
