Description: Description of complaint: grass has been not been mowed in 4 months and is knee high and a vehicle with an expired temporary tag parked out front for at least 2 weeks now. this is the same residence that had a pile of mulch in the front yard and the resident decided to burn the mulch, prompting hills co fire rescue had to show up to put out the mulch fire, the remainder of the is still there, now buried with overgrowth. i am currently also working with right of way authority on other issues. mr. lester is aware of this address and i have been working with him and his timeliness and due diligence on many different matters with this resident. unfortunately, this course of action is the only way to handle these matters due to a tenant at the residence and the property owner lives in pembroke pines, fl.. supporting file or photo: grass.zip submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.

Description: The resident at 406 n moon ave has buried block debris and some sort of wire in the right of way. this is next to a power pole and a cable box, i do not know if this is connected to hills co sheriff officers stopping by a few days before. in the past he has installed steel rods next to the roadway creating hazards and liabilities for the county. there were no 811 marks or right of way permit pulled for this installation. he needs to be informed that this is county right of way and not personal property. show less

Description: Description of complaint: 1) on or about dec. 6, 2013 teco line clearing crews delivered a load of mulch to the above address, this pile of mulch has sat at this location sometimes behind a haphazzard made gate in plain view. there has been no movement of the yard waste or the cutting of the grass in the area. 2) the new roll waste container has not been removed from the roadway for over a month. according to tiffany allamon with solidwaste this violates 130-21. the resident leaves the on the edge of the road or the white edge stripe as to impede traffic. after hearing several load booms, there are now holes now proturnding out of the can and the can also has grafiti painted on it by the tennant. 3) general refuse in the front of the house. 4) maybe for public works, but the resident who is not the property owner has once again piled dirt and bricks in the right of way in the roadway return in the wheel travel path of the road creating a hazard for the motoring public and could damage vehicles on the county's roads.
