Description: 8 may 08 - spoke to the homeowner about parking off the pavement. he said he was going to pave the area. 16 may 08 - vehicle parked off the pavement, construction on deck without a permit. 16 feb 09 - observed vehicle paked off the pavement. 18 feb 09 - spoke to owner - he is going to put pavers down, but does not have the money yet. 19 aug 09 - observed vehicle parked half off the pavement. 15 sep 09 - observed vehicle parked off the pavement. 5 oct 09 - observed vehicle parked off the pavement, issued notice of violation for parking off the pavement. delivered nov to homeowner. 20 jan 10 - observed vehicle parked half off the pavement again. 20 jan 10- vehicle has not parked off the pavement. 8 june 10 - issued a notice of violation for parking off the pavement based on photographic evidence provided by a berkshire manor resident. 25 june 10 - have not observed any futher occurances of this homeowner parking off the pavement. 4 aug 10 - received complaint from a neighbor of 204 birch rill that vehicles were again being parked off the pavement. i made a photo of one vehicle. the complaintant stated it is a regular occurance. will issue summons to the aug ceb. 9 aug 10 - re-investigated and noted three vehicles parked off the pavement. issued summons. 26 aug 10 - visited the property and did not observe any violations. 26 aug 10 - ceb issued a cease & desist and a fine for a reoccurrence. 9 sep 10 - ceb notification sent to mr. tabrizi was returned as refused and placed in file.
